About the Role
As the Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of corporate brand initiatives while supporting marketing across a range of property projects and asset classes. This stand-alone Marketing role blends strategic oversight with hands-on execution, ideal for a marketer who enjoys being "on the tools."
Key responsibilities:
* Develop and implement marketing strategies to strengthen the corporate and project brands
* Create and manage high-quality content for digital, social and print channels
* Oversee end-to-end project marketing campaigns
* Manage websites, digital assets and online updates to maintain brand consistency
* Produce marketing collateral and sales tools that align with brand standards
* Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver high-impact campaigns
* Ensuring consistent brand messaging and a strong visual identity across all touchpoints
About You
You're energetic, creative and commercially minded - a hands-on marketer who can balance big-picture strategy with detail-oriented execution.
You'll bring:
* A degree in Marketing, Communications or related discipline
* 5+ years' experience in property development, investment, or asset management marketing
* Proven capability in content creation, digital marketing and collateral development
* Experience in copywriting, web content management systems
* Experience across the Adobe Creative suite would be highly valued
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* A proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
