About This Role
We are seeking experienced pastry professionals to assist in food preparation and baking for various meals and functions.
Main Responsibilities:
* Prepare and bake a variety of desserts and sweet goods under guidance from senior chefs.
* Work closely with the kitchen team to achieve high standards of quality and presentation.
Requirements:
* Certificate III in Patisserie or equivalent qualification.
* Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery or trade certificate.
* 2+ years post-trade commercial cooking experience in a pastry role.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately.
