The Role
We're looking for a qualified Solar and Battery Electrician to join our installation team. You'll be working on residential solar systems, battery storage installations, EV chargers, and home electrification projects across the Central Coast and Newcastle areas.
This is a hands-on role where you'll be part of a skilled team that completes installations in a single day, delivering systems that our customers can rely on for decades.
What You'll Be Doing
* Installing residential solar panel systems (5-15+kW)
* Installing battery storage systems (brands include Sigenergy, Sungrow, BYD, Alpha, Anker)
* Installing solar panels (Jinko and Aiko)
* Installing EV chargers and smart home technology
* Working with hot water controllers and smart switching systems
* Ensuring all installations meet our high-quality standards and safety requirements
* Providing excellent customer service on-site
Essential Requirements
* SAA certification for solar and battery installations (mandatory)
* Working at heights certification (mandatory)
* Electrotechnology Certificate III
* First aid certification
* White card
* Valid driver's license
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
* Excellent communication skills and customer service mindset
* Ability to work as part of a team
