In the role of Workplace Health and Safety Advisor you will provide advice and support to management, employees, contractors and members of the public on WH&S, fire safety and emergency planning matters.The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in previous Workplace Health & Safety roles in a dynamic and diverse organisation including a working knowledge and understanding of the WH&S regulatory legislative framework, principles and practices with the proven ability to investigate workplace incidents or hazards and make recommendations to remove or minimise risks.A recognised relevant tertiary qualification in Workplace Health and Safety (Diploma or Cert IV), a current QLD 'C' Class drivers' licence and General Construction Industry Safety Induction Card (White/Blue) is also required.
