Overview
JV Recruitment are currently on the lookout for experienced Carpenters for a range of residential, commercial and modular construction projects across the Gold Coast region including areas such as Southport, Robina, Burleigh Heads, Palm Beach and surrounding suburbs. Our client is a proud Australian-owned construction company known for delivering high-quality commercial and residential builds across the country. With a strong pipeline of projects across the Gold Coast, they are experiencing rapid growth and are looking to bring skilled carpenters onto their team.

Skills & Experience
* Reading and interpreting blueprints, plans and drawings
* Constructing, installing and repairing structures and fixtures made from timber and other materials
* Framing walls, floors and roofs
* Installing doors, windows, cabinetry and other fittings
* Working collaboratively with a team of skilled tradespeople
* Ensuring all work complies with Australian safety and building standards
What You'll Get
* $50 – $65 per hour + Super
* $21.94 Daily Travel Allowance
* Meal allowance included (when working over 9.5 hours on a shift)
* Time-and-a-half and double-time rates paid for overtime

Key Requirements
* Certificate III in Carpentry
* Current White Card
* Own tools that are retested and tagged
* Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in residential or commercial carpentry
* Own transport highly desirable
