Sales & Operations Assistant – Bathroom Showroom (Full-Time)

About the Role
Working alongside our showroom manager, you will support day-to-day operations, manage trade and builder accounts, and serve retail customers across our showroom and online channels. It's a hands‐on role with genuine variety — no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the showroom manager with day‐to‐day operations and team coordination
* Build and maintain relationships with builders and trade customers — quoting, project follow‐up, and account servicing
* Assist showroom and online customers with product selection, quotes, and orders
* Prepare and follow up quotes accurately and on time
* Help keep product information, pricing, and stock data up to date
* Maintain strong product knowledge across our bathroom, kitchen, and laundry range
About You
* Minimum 1 year experience in sales, customer service, retail, or project coordination (bathroom, plumbing, or building products a strong plus)
* Confident dealing with builders, tradespeople, and retail customers
* Strong organisation — comfortable juggling sales, admin, and account work in the same day
* Solid computer skills with CRM, email, and Excel (training provided on our systems)
* Reliable, self‐motivated, and a genuine team player
* Australian driver's licence and right to work in Australia
What We Offer
* $75,000 – $90,000 per year + super, based on experience
* Full‐time, 5 days per week — roster typically includes Saturdays (9–2) with a weekday off in lieu. Some flexibility for the right candidate.
