About the Role
We’re seeking a driven and personable Sales Manager to lead sales across our Lakeside Forster and Happy Hallidays properties. This is a contract role offering variety, autonomy, and the opportunity to make a real impact in a supportive and dynamic environment.
As Sales Manager, you’ll be the face of our lifestyle sales—managing the full sales journey from lead generation to settlement. You’ll build strong relationships with prospective and current buyers, conduct estate tours, manage listings, and ensure a seamless and welcoming experience for all.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the entire sales process using our CRM system from lead generation to final settlement
* Conduct home and estate tours with prospective residents
* Be the primary contact for sales enquiries and sellers
* Maintain up-to-date listings and provide weekly sales reports
* Collaborate with the Sales Director and Property Manager
* Provide weekly sales reports and market feedback
* Stay informed on relevant legislation and industry trends
* Support day-to-day operations and resident relations
What You’ll Bring
* 2–3+ years’ experience in sales, customer service, or real estate
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
* Excellent time management and attention to detail
* Knowledge of the Residential Land Lease Communities Act (preferred)
* A current driver’s license and commitment to safe work practices
* A passion for community and delivering exceptional service
