We're looking for a Conveyancing Assistant to support this large departments property transactions team in delivering exceptional service across residential and commercial conveyancing matters. This is a contract position with strong potential for extension.

What You'll Do
* Assist with end-to-end conveyancing processes for residential and commercial property transactions.
* Prepare and review documentation, conduct title searches, and manage settlement workflows.
* Liaise with internal stakeholders, external solicitors, and agents to ensure smooth and timely settlements.
* Maintain accurate records and compliance with legislative requirements.
* Use digital platforms (including PEXA) to manage settlements and documentation.
What We're Looking For
* Experience in conveyancing or property law support roles.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Proficiency with digital conveyancing tools (PEXA experience highly regarded).
* A team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
* Able to ideally work full time or 4 days minimum.
