What will you do?
* Process and reconcile weekly site revenue, maintaining accurate balance sheet and accounts receivable reconciliations
* Prepare, issue and reconcile customer invoices, manage receipting and debtor accounts, and resolve discrepancies promptly
* Monitor aged receivables, follow up overdue payments and elevate high‑risk accounts as required
* Conduct supplier and customer account reconciliations and investigate variances to closure
* Assist with monthly financial reporting, maintaining audit‑ready documentation and compliance with internal policies and external standards
* Partner with site operations and the finance team to improve processes, communicate updates clearly and meet business deadlines
More about you
* Certificate IV or Diploma in Accounting, Finance or a related field
* Experience in accounts receivable and end‑to‑end invoicing/collections
* Familiarity with financial systems and POS platforms; hospitality or gaming sector experience, desirable
* Attention to detail, strong initiative and problem‑solving ability, and time management in fast‑paced settings
* Strong financial acumen and clear communication with internal teams and external clients
* High level of confidentiality and collaboration; models Delaware North leadership capabilities and values
