About the Role
As the ANZ Supply Chain Coordinator, you will play a hands‐on role delivering customer service excellence for GSK ANZ and ViiV Healthcare and you will be coordinating key elements of inventory management that keep critical vaccines and medicines moving.
Responsibilities
* Process orders (EDI & non‐EDI) from major customers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
* Manage government orders via approved portals, allocating batches to meet shelf‐life requirements and aligned to forecasts
* Own customer account admin for ANZ Direct customers, supporting setup, sales tracking and traceability, building strong, professional relationships
* Triage customer incidents and process credits, debits and returns with speed and accuracy
* Support inventory management, from ad‐hoc stock allocation during low stock situations, to investigating 3PL discrepancies and coordinating distribution to satellite warehouses
* Oversee compliant destruction processes end‐to‐end across ANZ when required
* Engage with both internal and external stakeholders to deliver clear communication and win‐win results. You will be managing queries, Proof of Delivery (POD) requests, maintaining distribution lists for timely SKU/stock updates
* Generate regular reports, such as the On Time in Full check with corrective recommendations to 3PLs
* Contribute to key customer forums and support the team with additional tasks
About you
* Diploma (preferred) or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce or related field
* 1–2 years in supply chain or customer service is desirable, with a strong interest in inventory, compliance and analytics
* Meticulous attention to detail, highly organized, and someone who shows initiative
* Motivated and willing to learn
