What We're Looking For
We're looking for an experienced Mortgage Broker (minimum 2 years industry experience) to join Oui Finance in a
contracted, commission-only role
.
In this role, you'll work closely with clients to secure home loans, refinances and debt consolidation solutions that genuinely suit their situation. You'll be supported by our marketing and admin team, allowing you to focus on what matters most — building relationships, generating leads and delivering great outcomes for your clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Providing tailored lending solutions across construction, purchase and refinance
* Managing client relationships from enquiry through to settlement and beyond
* Navigating lender policies and requirements to achieve strong approval outcomes
* Building and maintaining your own client pipeline alongside Oui-generated leads
What You'll Bring
* Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking (essential)
* Minimum 2 years' experience in mortgage broking
* Strong understanding of brokerage practices and the Australian lending and regulatory environment
* Confident communication skills and a relationship-first approach
* Experience generating leads and building a sustainable client database
