Appointment Setter – Join a Fast-Growing Team in Southport, QLD!
Are you a confident communicator who thrives in a fast-paced setting? Lead Wise is on the hunt for a motivated Appointment Setter to join our energetic team at our Southport office.
This is not a remote role – we’re building a strong in-office culture and looking for individuals ready to work and grow alongside us in person.
Your Role
We’re looking for experienced and driven appointment setters to help us deliver high-quality appointments to our nationwide client base.
Office-based role in Southport, QLD
Monday to Friday
Paid training with an immediate start
All systems provided, including a noise-cancelling headset
Work in a fun, fast-moving, and supportive team environment
Your Day-to-Day Tasks
- Calling warm, opt-in leads – no cold calling
- Booking appointments with potential customers on behalf of our clients
- Maintaining quality and accuracy in every call
- Attending daily team check-ins and coaching sessions
- Collaborating with team members to meet daily and weekly goals
The Right Candidate
- Experience in sales, customer service, or outbound calling
- Confident objection handling and rapport-building skills
- Comfortable using tools like Excel, Google Meet and dialing software
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure
- Driven by targets and performance-based incentives
- Hourly Rate + weekly bonuses based on performance
- Full-time casual contracts available (up to 37.5 hours/week)
- Regular team bonding activities, daily incentives, and even Uber Eats lunches
