Pharmacist - Lead & Grow Within an Innovative Healthcare Company
Join an Australian-owned alternative medicine company providing an integrated healthcare service including consultations, prescriptions, and a dispensary. They're looking for a registered pharmacist to join their team and deliver an outstanding patient experience while helping grow the business.
Location: Toowoomba, QLD
Employment Type: Full-time, permanent
Salary: $110,000 - 140,000 per annum + Super
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and grow a team of pharmacists and pharmacy assistants.
* Develop and implement dispensary systems and processes.
* Collaborate with doctors to optimize patient outcomes.
* Educate and consult with patients regarding medications.
* Dispense medications accurately and in a timely manner.
* Maintain customer records and ensure compliance with pharmacy guidelines.
* Manage stock ordering, inventory, and ensure a safe working environment.
* Participate in clinic/dispensary meetings regarding stock and operations.
Candidate Requirements
* Qualifications: Bachelor of Pharmacy; APHRA registration with no restrictions.
* Experience as a pharmacist or pharmacy manager in a fast-paced environment.
* Familiarity with dispensing S4/S8 medications and processing orders.
* Proficiency with pharmacy software (Z Software preferred).
* Vehicle for travel between clinics.
* Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, project/time management, and solution-focused mindset.
* Passion for healthcare and improving patient outcomes.
