Job Description
We are seeking Personal Care Assistants to join our community in Kyneton, Victoria on a casual basis. As a member of our team, you will provide support and personal care to residents. You will assist with daily living activities and help foster a warm and respectful environment.
Responsibilities:
* Provide personal care and daily living support to residents with respect and compassion.
* Assist with meal delivery, refreshments, and menu checks.
* Document resident observations and report concerns to the clinical team.
* Complete general ward duties and respond to delegated tasks.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:
Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent)
Current National Police Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Previous experience in aged care or a residential care setting
Understanding of issues affecting older people and those living with disabilities
