Support Role in Palliative Care Unit
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced administrative professional to join our team as a Support Assistant in the Palliative Care Unit.
This is an exceptional opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing administrative support to the Director and medical staff. You will be responsible for maintaining the operational business responsibilities of the department and ensuring smooth communication with external stakeholders.
The successful candidate will have a broad administrative background, with highly developed organisational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to the Director and medical staff.
* Maintain accurate records and files.
* Coordinate meetings and appointments.
* Prepare reports and presentations.
Requirements:
* Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office).
* High level communication skills.
* Ability to work under pressure.
* Diary Management Experience.
* Minute Taking experience – advantage.
