Currently, we have positions available in our Kelmscott and Maddington facilities.Continuous learning is valued in our facility. We emphasize online modules to maintain compliance and support staff development. As permanent shifts become available, casual staff are prioritized for conversion opportunities, providing pathways for growth within our organization. You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a supportive nature, and a passion for aged care.The following will help you succeed in this role:Certificate III/IV in Aged Care (desirable)Effective organization and time management skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamUnderstanding of safety procedures for yourself and othersCurrent influenza and COVID vaccinationsRecent National Police Clearance (within last six months)About the benefitsYou will join an inclusive, diverse organization focused on community impact.
