Cloud Computing Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Computing Specialist to join our team in Canberra.
The Cloud Computing Specialist will be responsible for designing and implementing various components of Microsoft 365, including the core Microsoft 365 service offerings and the supporting mobility, governance, identity, and security capabilities provided by Microsoft 365 and Azure.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and implement technical solutions per approved design, including technologies such as Azure AD and Exchange Online hybrid, Intune desktop deployment and management, Microsoft Information Protection and Azure Sentinel.
* Contribute to the documentation of detailed architecture and design documents.
* Provide technical escalation, support and training to customer's IT resources.
* Assist with the drafting and execution of technical and end-user test plans.
* Work within the Cloud Capability Program and projects to identify and implement optimal cloud-based solutions in Microsoft Azure and M365.
Requirements:
* Experience as a cloud engineer or similar role.
* Demonstrated experience designing, documenting, and implementing cloud-based architecture & solutions for large, complex enterprise systems.
* Knowledge in Azure Fabric and Azure AI services.
* Strong knowledge and demonstrated experience in implementing and managing Microsoft 365, including Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Intune, Purview, Defender, Sentinel and supporting Azure connectivity, logging and associated services.
* Strong knowledge and demonstrated experience with the Microsoft desktop and server infrastructure stack.
* Knowledge and ideally experience delivering secure access service edge and zero trust architectures and solutions.
* Experience working effectively with a highly skilled technical team in an agile environment.
