Senior Associate or Special Counsel Workplace Relations & Safety Lawyer in Melbourne. Responsible for leading key matters within the national Workplace Relations practice, advising and representing clients across diverse industries on complex employment, industrial relations, and OH&S matters.

Duties
Provide real autonomy while accessing supportive partners. As part of a generalist Workplace Relations team, tackle advisory and litigation work including:
* Drafting employment agreements & contracts, enterprise bargaining and contractor agreements
* Advising on discrimination, harassment, bullying, and employee entitlements
* Handling employment-related disputes and post-employment restraints
* Delivering strategic workplace relations advice
* Providing advice on employee entitlements
Skills & experience
Candidate should have:
* 5+ years' experience in workplace relations/employment law
* Background in a reputable employment law practice, ideally within a mid or top-tier law firm
* Strong drafting skills and clear communication
* Well-developed commercial mindset and strategic problem‐solving approach
* Passion for growing career in employment law within a leading national practice
