* Working with CRM specialists to manage leads and follow-up flows
* Strong closing skills and confidence speaking with senior executives
* Clear, polished communication
* Background in B2B sales, recruitment, or consultancy
* Ability to pitch premium services
* Professionalism, resilience, and independence
* Existing network (bonus, not required)
