The Opportunity & Benefits
We are seeking skilled and dedicated Diploma Educators to lead rooms across various age groups (infants, toddlers, and preschool) in our high-quality, brand new centre in Teesdale. This is a unique chance to join a growing service and embed your best practice from day one.
RoleSome of the Key Responsibilities
Diploma Educator* Implement the daily routines and program. * Actively supervise children at all times. * Maintain positive and effective parent communication. * Ensure the health, hygiene, and safety for all children. * Welcome children and families into the service.
Lead Diploma Educator* All Educator responsibilities above, PLUS: * Be responsible for the complete program plan and delivery for the room. * Ensure all daily routines and transitions are met effectively. * Provide parents updates on children's progress and daily updates. * Ensure the room meets all regulatory requirements and report to the Director.

Essential Requirements
To be considered for these roles, you must possess:
* Diploma of Children's Services (Early Childhood Education and Care) or equivalent/above
* Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis, Asthma, and CPR Certificates
* Knowledge of and willingness to comply with Mandatory Reporting requirements
* Current Employee Working with Children Check (WWCC)
* Police check
* Two professional references which can attest to your work with children
