Job Description
* Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and revenue targets in Australia.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, distributors, and stakeholders.
* Identify new market opportunities and drive business growth through innovative approaches.
* Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt strategies effectively.
* Lead, mentor, and support sales teams to maximise productivity and performance.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and customer satisfaction.
* Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
* Manage budgets and resources effectively to optimise profitability.
* Main product: IT display + ISP + Audio.
