About the Position
The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee the efficient operation of our Fulfilment Centre. Responsibilities include overseeing order processing, delivery services, motivating teams and driving productivity.
Main Responsibilities
* Safety: Develop and implement site safety protocols, promote a proactive safety culture and ensure compliance with health and safety policies.
* People: Demonstrate leadership, promote a respectful workplace culture, develop team members and manage performance issues.
* Site Operations: Provide input into operational initiatives, coordinate plans and improve centre operations to align with business objectives.
* Service and Productivity: Liaise with supply chain partners, supervise team activities and meet productivity targets.
* Production: Monitor daily operations, maintain order accuracy and presentation standards.
* Outbound: Coordinate deliveries to transport providers and ensure timely dispatch.
About You
We're looking for someone with minimum 2 years experience in a Warehouse or Logistics Operational role or Supervisory position. Certificates in Warehouse Operations, Supply Chain/Logistics or Health & Safety would be advantageous.
Required skills include operational management, leadership skills, safe work practices, merchandising, administrative functions and warehousing/supply chain/logistics.
