About the Opportunity

You'll play a key role in daily kitchen operations, using your skills and expertise in a fast‐paced, premium dining environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate chef looking to refine their craft and grow within a highly regarded team.

The Ideal Candidate Must Have

3. 2 years experience as a Chef de Partie or above in a premium, a‐la‐carte restaurant
4. European cuisine highly regarded
5. Solid understanding of management practices in a section
6. Highly adaptable and able to perform in high‐pressure service periods
7. Solid understanding of food safety standards
8. Organisational and time management skills
9. Excellent communication and presentation
10. Able and willing to work weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts
11. Qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
