Since opening our doors in 2015, Including You has grown into a trusted provider supporting individuals and families to navigate the NDIS. We proudly deliver services across Metro Melbourne, the Goulburn and Grampians regions of Regional Victoria, South East Queensland, and Canberra.

About the Roles
You will work with NDIS participants to build capacity, independence and quality of life. Each role will provide you with variety, flexibility, and the chance to tailor supports to meet individual goals.
* Occupational Therapist – support participants with functional assessments, daily living skills, home modifications, assistive technology, housing assessments and capacity-building interventions.
* Speech Therapist – provide assessments and therapy to build communication, swallowing, and language skills.
* Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner – deliver evidence-based behaviour support plans, promote skill development.

About You
* Relevant tertiary qualification and professional registration (AHPRA/SPA or NDIS practitioner suitability for PBS)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Commitment to person-centred, strengths-based practice
* Current Working With Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening and First Aid/CPR (If you do not already hold these, you will be required to obtain them prior to employment.)
