This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team working with some of the country's most recognisable clients.The Role:As a Senior Project Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring project success through excellent delivery, stakeholder management, and team leadership.Responsibilities include:Overseeing end-to-end project delivery across multiple commercial fit-out projects.Leading and coordinating internal teams and external consultants, designers, and subcontractors.Managing project budgets, timelines, procurement, and reporting.Driving quality outcomes and maintaining compliance with safety standards and internal procedures.Building and maintaining strong client and supplier relationships.Identifying potential risks and resolving issues proactively.About You:Degree qualified in Construction Management, Architecture, Interior Design or similar.10+ years of project management experience, ideally within D&C commercial interiors.Proven ability to lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams.Strong commercial acumen and communication skills.Confident using project management software and systems.Solutions-focused with a hands-on, collaborative approach.What you'll receive:Salary up to $200,000 + Super for the right candidate.Work with a portfolio of top-tier clients on premium fit-out projects.A highly social, supportive team culture with regular networking and team-building events.Be part of a business with strong growth plans, offering genuine long-term career progression.Click "Apply" to submit your resume and project portfolio.For more information about this role or other opportunities through Design & Build, contact Sophia Klein on .
