Our operation recently expanded into the Ballina area and an exciting opportunity exists for a Licensed Conveyancer and/or an experienced Settlement Officer to join our team.
Experience in conveyancing transactions is essential.

Key responsibilities:
Overseeing conveyancing files from beginning to end including reviewing contracts, exchange contracts, settlements, preparation of documents for transactions using conveyancing software (LEAP/Smokeball & PEXA).
Comply with all conveyancing legislation as well as team processes and policies.
Provide administrative assistance and clerical support.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to maintain a pleasant working manner.
Excellent time management skills and a high degree of flexibility.
Ability to work efficiently and effectively with a high degree of attention to detail.
High degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Touch typing minimum of 60wpm and transcription.
