As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for providing and supporting minimally invasive surgical solutions to hospitals.
You will apply strategic selling skills and clinical knowledge when engaging with specialists and other key stakeholders within the hospital setting.
* Manage and grow the full breadth of our clinical solutions across a range of surgical specialties.
* Establish and maintain strong relationships within assigned hospitals.
* Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
* Create effective business plans and strategic selling strategies.
* Implement and support educational programs.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Proven success in a medical-related field or other sales experience.
* Preferred previous experience providing clinical support in an operating theatre setting.
* Curiosity and a passion for learning.
* Ability to retain and articulate complex clinical information.
* High interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders successfully.
* Practical knowledge of the healthcare space.
* Strong business acumen, analytical, and organizational skills.
* Current Driver's License.
