As we embark on our next phase of growth, Marrybrown Australia is seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Director to lead our brand development, customer engagement, and expansion strategy across the country. This is a key leadership role that will shape the brand's positioning, drive sales performance, and establish Marrybrown as a household name in Australia.
This position will be responsible for directing corporate sales and marketing strategies and activities for the Marrybrown franchise network in Australia to fuel commercial success, including:
* Set sales and marketing strategies that align with corporate goals.
* Lead and develop the Marrybrown sales and marketing departments.
* Lead and deliver sales, profit and growth performance.
* Lead and manage the development and implementation of marketing strategies and product activations to support sales and business objectives.
* Lead and manage strategies to promote and maximise business growth and revenue generation with marketing activities.
* Lead and manage the integration and coordination of cross-functional sales and marketing activities.
* Proactively implement marketing strategies to act on local consumer trends.
* Customise global Marrybrown marketing strategies for local use and implementation.
* Develop corporate brand image and narrative.
* Negotiate and manage sales and marketing contracts with external partners.
* Ensure that all sales and marketing marketing activities comply with any applicable contractual obligations or corporate requirements.
* Ensure that all sales and marketing activities are consistent and align with business objectives.
* Maintain currency with industry best practices and emerging market trends.
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
Applicants must be able to demonstrate the following attributes:
* Experience with QSR-specific sales and marketing management will be highly regarded.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Possesses relevant qualifications.
* Minimum 1 year relevant work experience.

Pay: $150,000.00 – $200,000.00 per year
