Responsibilities
* Providing high‐level technical in‐office support for the company products in the region as assigned.
* Resolving issues relating to software, hardware, and configuration.
* Effectively analyzing issues and collecting necessary data to resolve support service requests.
* Working closely with other Service Technicians to resolve customer issues.
* Maintaining and keeping updated customers' issues in a call‐tracking database.
* Participating in conference calls as necessary to resolve customers' issues.
* Accomplishing the department and organization mission by completing related results as necessary.
* Other duties as directed by the Employer from time to time.
Qualifications
* Own your car and have a driver's licence.
* Educational background in mechanical engineering or electrical engineering.
* Service technician experience of at least 1 year (required).
* Driver licence (required).
* Work authorisation for Australia (required).
Job Details
* Job Type: Full time.
* Base Salary: $65,000.00 – $75,000.00.
* Car Allowance: $15,000.00.
* Probation Period: 6 months.
