About the Role
As part of our professional, customer-focused team in the Gold Coast office, you will support an experienced Senior Valuer and/or Director(s), gaining practical and technical experience in the property industry. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and build a strong foundation for your career as a fully qualified Registered Property Valuer.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Assisting a Senior Valuer and/or Director(s) with sales analysis, report preparation and property inspections.
* Conducting research and leveraging technology to support valuation processes.
* Communicating professionally with clients and fellow team members.
* Working collaboratively as part of a close-knit team.
About You
Whether you are currently studying or have recently completed an API-accredited (Australian Property Institute) degree, you are eager to build a career in property valuation.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a keen eye for detail and are committed to delivering high-quality work. In our boutique setting, flexibility and a proactive mindset are essential.
