OTR – Store Manager

About The Role
Responsible for the day‑to‑day operations of the store. This includes customer service, team training and development, rostering, stock management, reporting, and adhering to and implementing health and safety policies and procedures.

- Leadership experience in a retail/hospitality capacity

- Well‑developed and professional communication skills
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and training to others
