Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at Hobart Airport. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will provide exceptional customer service and product recommendations to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, staying ahead of trends with ongoing professional training, maintaining a well-stocked and visually appealing store environment, processing transactions smoothly and efficiently, and assisting customers with queries in a friendly and professional manner.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a passion for customer service and sales, a confident and positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Retail experience is an advantage, but not essential – we will provide comprehensive training to help you develop your skills and knowledge.
