These projects enhance the visitor experience, protect our natural landscapes, and strengthen Victoria's parks and reserves. You will be the go-to person for coordination, administration, and financial management across multiple projects. Working closely with internal teams, contractors, consultants, and procurement staff, you'll help ensure projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and in line with the Parks Victoria P3M delivery framework. We're looking for someone with: * Qualifications and experience in business administration, Project Management qualifications (e.g. PMBOK, Prince2, or Diploma of Project management) or similar * Experience providing administrative or project support in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment. * Strong financial management and reporting skills. * Excellent coordination, time management, and communication abilities. * A proactive, collaborative, and detail-focused approach. The directorate is responsible for organisational strategy, planning, investment cases, scheduling, and performance monitoring and reporting for park asset and infrastructure management programs and capital project delivery.
