Job Opportunity: Manager Capability Support
This is a key leadership position within the Department of Education, overseeing the capability support function. The role involves leading a team to deliver high-quality support across schools and the system, maintaining strong relationships with the ICT division.
The Role Responsibilities
* Lead the development, implementation, and policy advice for online teaching and learning systems in schools, and for staff professional learning;
* Manage processes for the production and publication of digital content;
* Provide strategic oversight and advice for the delivery of Statewide Services ICT systems;
* Drive initiatives and projects aligned with Department priorities;
* Analyse trends to identify areas for improvement.
Key Performance Indicators: The successful candidate will be expected to meet specific targets and outcomes, including but not limited to, enhanced service delivery, improved customer satisfaction, and increased productivity.
