Job Title: Support Services Manager
Our organization is seeking a Support Services Manager to assist with day-to-day operations and manage a team of professionals.
The ideal candidate will have relevant qualifications in Childcare or Teaching and experience in programing and quality childcare.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with program development and implementation.
* Manage daily programs and activities.
* Support staff management and training.
* Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
* Undertake administrative tasks and maintain accurate records.
* Collaborate with families and the community.
Selection Criteria:
* Relevant qualifications in Childcare or Teaching (minimum Diploma in Children Services).
* Experience in programing and passion for quality childcare.
* Maintenance of effective administration and correct documentation.
* Excellent customer service skills and communication skills.
* First Aid and CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
* Certificate of Suitability to work with Children and Young People (Blue Card) or willingness to obtain.
* NQF knowledge advantageous.
