Job Description:
Motorcycle claims officer required to deliver superior claims service. The role involves investigating and evaluating cases, determining policy coverage, and negotiating settlements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing lodgements and repairs for motorcycle claims using multiple systems and processes.
* Maintaining relationships with insured parties, agents, and service providers.
* Interpreting policy coverage and determining if it applies to submitted claims.
* Receiving, recording, and processing insurance claims.
* Authorizing payments within scope of authority and settling claims in a cost-effective manner.
* Identifying suspicious or potentially fraudulent claims and arranging investigations.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in motor claims is advantageous.
* Strong customer service skills with excellent communication, both written and verbal.
* Strong negotiation, organizational, and time management skills.
* A quick learner who is comfortable with technology.
* A passion for motorcycles would be a plus.
