Job Description: Location: St Vincent's Private Hospital Brisbane – Community. Remuneration: Registered Nurse Level 2. Fixed term (maternity cover).
Responsibilities
* Provide compassionate, high‐quality nursing care to patients with life‐limiting illnesses in their homes or community settings.
* Focus on symptom management, emotional support, and improving quality of life for patients and their families.
* Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic, patient‐centred care.
Qualifications
* Registered with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency) as a Registered Nurse.
* Experience in a palliative care setting is essential.
* Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
* Intermediate computer literacy.
* Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends.
* QLD driver's licence with no restrictions.
