Join Our Caring Team: Community Support Worker

Are you passionate about supporting independence and choice for people in your community? We're seeking a flexible and empathetic Community Support Worker to join Eyre and Far North Local Health Network, providing vital aged care, disability, and support services under the Consumer Directed Care model.

In this role, you'll assist individuals who are aged, frail, or disabled—whether living at home or in a Residential Aged Care facility—with personal care, cleaning, meal preparation, transport, and social support. You'll work autonomously and collaboratively with consumers, their families, and health professionals to deliver quality care that respects consumer preferences, including their control over shifts, duties, and service providers.

What We're Looking For:

* Current drivers licence and willingness to drive
* Current police clearances (refer police check clause)
* Contactable by telephone
* Access to a reliable, registered and insured (minimum of third party insurance) motor vehicle.
* Meet immunisation requirements as outlined by the Immunisation Guidelines for Health Care Workers in South Australia 2014
