* Influence and collaborate to deliver customer‐focused solutions.
Skills & Experience
* Commercial understanding of the supply of coffee products and equipment solutions into the café market – highly desirable.
* Understanding of medium to large‐sized coffee roasting business operations – highly desirable.
* Knowledge of B2B sales principles – highly desirable.
* Knowledge of the café landscape of key/influential owners, managers and baristas – highly desirable.
* Demonstrated ability to build and maintain collaborative strategic and commercial partnerships, relationships and networks – desirable.
* Proven track record of multi‐brand coffee sales into the café segment – highly desirable.
