We are seeking a temporary Payroll Officer to join a large, reputable Aged Care organization based in Parramatta. This is a busy, high-volume environment where you will manage the end-to-end processing for a diverse workforce. This role is perfect for someone who is technically savvy and comfortable navigating the complexities of shift-based payroll. Key Responsibilities Manage high-volume, end-to-end payroll processing for a large staff base. Handle complex calculations related to shift work, including various allowances and penalty rates. Administer specific payroll items such as uniform and meal allowances. Oversee corporate payroll requirements to ensure accuracy and compliance. Maintain up-to-date payroll records and resolve queries from the broader team. What we are looking for System Expertise: Proficiency in Dayforce is an absolute essential for this role. Technical Skills: A strong understanding of shift-based payroll, including penalties and allowances. Availability: Must be available to start immediately on a temporary contract basis.
