HR Partners is partnering with an Australian household name, for an experienced
Program Manager
to lead a crucial workstream within their complex and high-priority
Payroll Remediation Project
.
This is a high-visibility, autonomous assignment where you will be driving the
end-to-end delivery of a complex payroll remediation program
. The project includes the identification and remediation of areas of non-compliance with relevant legislation and policy.
Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end delivery of the complex payroll remediation program of work.
Manage a cross-functional project team including resources across People & Culture, Legal, IT, and external advisors.
Drive delivery of key milestones and hold the team accountable for results.
Provide regular updates and reporting to senior stakeholders and manage fortnightly Steering Committee (Steerco) meetings.
Plan and execute the program, including managing time, resource, financial, issue, risk, and change management.
Establish and maintain strong internal/external stakeholder relationships through effective communication and issue resolution.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Extensive program management experience managing large-scale programs of work within a large organisation.
Strong focus on
stakeholder engagement, risk mitigation, and change management
.
Proven ability to work autonomously and drive delivery in a fast-paced, complex, and confidential environment.
Ability to prioritise, maintain accuracy, attention to detail, and be highly organised.
Experience managing payroll and/or compliance programs of work is
desirable
.
Understanding of payroll systems (SAP & Successfactors) and Australian workplace regulations is
desirable but not essential
.
