The opportunity is based at our national support office in Ballarat. As the first point of call for the People & Community Department, you will provide timely and accurate advice in line with our customer service standards.
* Monitor and highlight compliance issues with our policies, procedures, and relevant legislation across the network.
* Develop and maintain HR documentation and support internal communication on HR-related topics.
* Support the HR team to develop and execute department goals and projects aligned with our overall business strategy.
* Ensure communication flow from Human Resources to other departments/stores is executed in a timely manner.
* Support the People & Community teams to provide ongoing HR support to develop best practice people management.
* Coordinate tasks related to Employee Experience such as Awards, Milestones, and Referral bonuses.
If you have the following experience, we would love to hear from you:
* HR graduate and/or 1-2 years HR Administration experience.
* Experience in Retail or FMG Industry (or similar) desirable but not essential.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Experience developing, implementing, and monitoring programs, policies and process improvements is highly desirable.
