You’ll step into a key position within the business, working closely with operations in a fast-paced, product-based environment. You'll be across accounts, payroll, inventory and reporting, giving you real visibility and influence across the business. What You’ll Be Doing End-to-end Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Credit control and cashflow management Payroll processing, super and ATO compliance Bank and credit card reconciliations Inventory management, stock adjustments & costings Margin analysis and product costing reviews MYOB Advanced system management & reporting Monthly P&L, balance sheet & cashflow reporting Supporting stocktakes and operational processes Light HR/admin support when required What We’re Looking For 5 years’ experience in a Bookkeeper / Senior Bookkeeper role Experience in wholesale, trade, manufacturing or product-based environments Strong understanding of inventory, stock control or costings Experience with MYOB Advanced or similar ERP systems Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP) Confident managing payroll, super and ATO compliance Self-starter who enjoys working autonomously Why You’ll Love This Role Genuine ownership of the finance function Variety across accounts, payroll, inventory & reporting Stable, well-established business Supportive environment with long-term opportunity Convenient Murarrie location with onsite parking If you’re a detail-driven Bookkeeper who understands inventory, margins and cost control - this is your chance to step into a role where you can truly add value.
