We are looking for people with the technical aptitude, experience and passion in IT based systems to provide in-field and remote service and support to our customers across the Australian Pacific Region.
**Desirable skills & knowledge including but not limited to**:

- Strong fault finding/troubleshooting

**What our role requires**:
- Field based technical support throughout Eastern Australia and Pacific (approx. 50-60% travel under normal workloads)
- Commissioning, maintenance, repair and upgrades to Equipment Simulators that includes:
- Networking local PC servers to multiple components including projectors, Motionbase, operator controls and computers as well as troubleshooting errors or connection issues.
- Fault finding (Electronic) to component level.
- Adjustment and fault finding in electromechanical (moving) parts (examples can include vehicle pedals, joysticks, switches, dials).
- Assembly of component parts, fitting of panels, brackets, ducting, equipment using appropriate tools.
- Hardware, computer and equipment component replacement.
- Software, PC and Server upgrades (or replacement).
- Service equipment such as small Compressors, AC (filter cleaning / replacement) and projectors (replace lamps).
- Deliver product training to customers which includes:
- Formal 1 to 3 days product training curriculum.
- Advice and support to improve customer confidence, efficiency and competence in using product functionality.
- Physically active position with regular light to medium manual handling required.
