Account ManagerRoster: Monday to FridayLocation: based out of our Wembley office (no FIFO).
About the role
You will oversee client relationships and daily account operations, ensuring efficient recruitment processes and seamless service delivery through effective internal and client-facing coordination.
Skills & experience
* Proven strong administration experience in a similar role
* Valid Driver's Licence
* Management or supervisory experience in a related field (desirable)
* Exposure to recruitment or labour hire environments (advantageous)
* Construction Industry Induction Card (or willingness to obtain)
Duties & responsibilities
Commercial & Financial Administration
* Preparing and submitting quotes for approval
* Raising and managing purchase orders
* Reviewing and reconciling supplier and contractor invoices
* Completing monthly contractor reports
* Generating and reviewing plant utilisation reports
* Reviewing and updating new policies and procedures as required
Project & Operations Support
* Coordinating plant and equipment requests
* Maintaining the equipment asset register
* Conducting and reviewing Pre-start Inspection Reports
* Monitoring Guardian reports and following up on issues
* Managing event reporting and corrective action tracking
* Fatigue management
* Distributing and saving Contractor Instructions
People & Contractor Management
* Assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes
* Review weekly timesheets and obtain approvals
* Facilitating development plans and team member transition plans
* Manage training approvals and upskilling of personnel
* Coordinating urgent and non-urgent travel changes with Mobilisation team
* Serving as the primary point of contact for client communication related to project scope, compliance, and team support
* Paid weekly; Monday to Friday pay cycle
* Work with a leading mining client on rail infrastructure projects, gaining valuable industry exposure
