The Role
We have a unique opportunity for an experienced People & Culture Partner to join our dynamic and innovative team in this full time, 12 month fixed term opportunity.
Reporting to the People & Culture Operations Manager, the ideal candidate will work collaboratively with key stakeholders in the business and use their expertise to provide full generalist services across all aspects of the employee life cycle as well as delivering strategic People & Culture programs and initiatives.
Key Duties
* Determine effective attraction, recruitment, and selection strategies, managing and delivering recruitment campaigns.
* Manage an effective and efficient on-boarding process consistently across the School.
* Provide generalist P&C support, advice, coaching and services to all managers and staff.
* Partner with multiple stakeholders and provide support with end-to-end P&C operational requirements and implementing strategic objectives.
* Provide ER and IR advice and support.
* Develop new P&C processes and cultural initiatives.
* Model and live the Caulfield Grammar School values and behaviours.
Skills and Experience
* Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline.
* Extensive experience in a HR/P&C generalist position.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication skills.
* Solutions oriented approach to work and customer service orientation.
* Effective planning and organisational skills.
* Hold or willing to obtain an Employment Working With Children Check.
