This is a challenging role that requires conducting various types of asbestos testing, overseeing contractors, and liaising with clients. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in the field, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and possess excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct smoke, background, leak, reassurance, visual, 4-stage clearances, re-occupation, and personal air testing on properties to ensure compliance with Health & Safety procedures
* Oversee asbestos removal contractors on site to guarantee adherence to rigorous Health & Safety protocols
* Liaise with clients regularly to provide updates and address any issues promptly
* Possess the ability to produce comprehensive reports as required
Essential Requirements:
* P403/P404 or equivalent RSPH certification
* Demonstrable experience working as an Asbestos Site Analyst within the asbestos sector
* Familiarity with up-to-date Health & Safety procedures related to asbestos management
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications
