We are seeking an individual to provide exceptional day-to-day office support services and ad hoc requests in our Perth office.
This role ensures the smooth operation of our office by maintaining kitchen areas, meeting rooms, and stationery supplies across multiple floors. The successful candidate will also be responsible for coordinating ordering and distribution of PPE, providing front-of-house support, handling daily mail distribution, and more.
The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, a friendly disposition to assist colleagues, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
In this role, you will work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive approach and high attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Maintain kitchen areas, meeting rooms, and stationery supplies across multiple floors
 * Coordinate ordering and distribution of PPE
 * Provide front-of-house support
 * Handle daily mail distribution
Requirements:
