Role Overview:
We are looking for a Store Manager to oversee our NERANG location. This role involves managing daily operations, leading a team, driving sales, and cultivating strong relationships with both retail customers and B2B accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership:Inspire, guide, and manage a team of retail staff to deliver outstanding service and achieve store goals.
Customer Account Management:Drive sales growth by developing strategies for both retail and commercial accounts, nurturing relationships with key business clients.
Operational Oversight:Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including stock management, cash handling, and compliance with company policies.
Customer Service:Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing and resolving issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Staff Development:Recruit, train, and mentor staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Visual Merchandising:Maintain high standards of store presentation, ensuring that product displays are appealing and well-organized.
Administrative Duties:Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and inventory management, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications:
Extensive experience in retail management, exposure to B2B preferred but not essential.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
Proficiency in retail software and point-of-sale systems.
