Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused individual to join our warehouse team.
The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of dispatching and receiving orders, as well as providing exceptional customer service.

* Experience checking delivery sheets
* Able to effectively, timely and accurately distribute goods in and out of the warehouse, including loading trucks
* Strong commitment to health and safety policies and procedures
* Flexibility across retail trading hours, including weekends, public holidays and late night shifts
Key Responsibilities
Dispatch and Receiving: The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the flow of stock into and out of the warehouse, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of deliveries and dispatches.
Customer Service: Providing exceptional customer service is critical to this role. The candidate will be expected to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and effective way.
Warehouse Operations: The candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety protocols and procedures.
Availability: The role requires flexibility across retail trading hours, including weekends, public holidays and late night shifts.
